A Big Thank You for Giving and Sharing!

Sacramento’s Big Day of Giving on May 7 was a success! Share to celebrate what you helped make happen!

We are especially grateful to our two $5,000 matching donors — Sunshine Polka Dot Foundation and an anonymous donor — whose generosity inspired so many others to give. We also deeply appreciate Higby’s Country Feed Store for their generous $500 contribution.

Also, Sacramento Region Community Foundation for organizing this incredible annual event for local nonprofits. Big Day of Giving has become such an important spring fundraising opportunity alongside Giving Tuesday and our year-end campaigns.

We also want to recognize our new part-time fundraiser, Suzanne Roy, who did a wonderful job helping us prepare for the event through donor outreach emails and social media campaigns. Her hard work and organization made a real difference.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who donated, shared our posts, and supported our mission to provide love, safety, and advocacy for farmed animals. Your support makes our work possible.
